No, Expert Billing does not submit billing to third party private insurance companies.

Invoices can be submitted via secure email or fax.
We process claims Monday-Friday.
Invoices can be submitted once services have been completed as well as all required documentation is completed. All invoices for the period billed should be submitted at the same time.
Invoices submitted by Tuesday at 12pm are guaranteed to be processed for payment the following week.

Services should not be provided without an authorization as there is no guarantee that you will be reimbursed. If you are having trouble reaching your WSC, please reach out to your regional APD office for support.
The Florida Medicaid Management Information System (FLMMIS), also called the Florida WebPortal, is the online system used by Florida Medicaid providers to manage their provider accounts and perform Medicaid billing and eligibility functions.
Once a provider is approved as a Medicaid provider, they must create and maintain a FLMMIS account. The portal allows providers to:
- Maintain provider enrollment information
- Submit and manage Medicaid claims
- Verify client eligibility
- Complete Medicaid renewals
- Manage payment and banking information
Providers pay Expert Billing directly for services rendered. Invoices are sent to providers once a month.
